All Unique Perspectives Publishing Cards and Note Pads are available for wholesale purchase. The Card and Note Pad designs are available individually, OR a variety of different Combo Packs are available to choose from. We strive to offer a variety of different designs to help ensure that each of your customers will find an appropriate selection for everyone on their shopping list. GENERAL INFORMATION
Minimum initial order and/or reorder: $50.00 (plus applicable shipping) Your order can consist of Cards, Note Pads and/or Combo Packs.

All products are proudly produced in the U.S.A.

Important Note: Our products are currently not pre-priced. This will allow you flexibility to set the price based on your market and business needs.

Our standard specs, prices and quantities for each product category are included below. However, please let us know if you have other custom requests or special requirements. Each business has its own unique needs, and we want to make sure that we provide exactly what you need!

CARD Specs and Pricing:
All Cards measure 5" by 7" and are printed on sturdy, high-quality card stock. A matching white envelope is included. The Cards will fit ideally in your existing wire racks or other display fixtures.

Standard price per individual Card: $1.25
Each design should be ordered in half-dozen or full-dozen quantity increments.
     - Price for half-dozen: $7.50
     - Price for full dozen: $15.00
Minimum quantity: 36 cards - mix and match designs in half-dozen or full-dozen quantity increments per design.
Suggested retail price: $2.50 - $3.00 each

A category/caption header (such as Birthday, Birthday - Humorous, etc.) is provided for each half-dozen pack.

NOTE PAD Specs and Pricing:
All Note Pads measure 4 1/8" by 5 5/8" with 32 inside sheets. The front and back covers are printed on high-quality, sturdy card stock. Each Note Pad is packaged in a re-sealable plastic bag.

Standard price per individual Note Pad: $1.50
Minimum quantity: 6 Note Pads - mix and match any designs
Suggested retail price: $3.00 each


COMBO PACK Specs and Pricing:
Each Combo Pack features a matching Card and Note Pad packaged in a re-sealable plastic bag.

Standard price per individual Combo Pack: $2.75
Minimum quantity: 6 Combo Packs - mix and match any designs
Suggested retail price: $5.50 - $6.00 each

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Most orders are produced and shipped within 48 hours. Standard shipping is via the U.S. Postal Service Flat Rate (unless otherwise specified). Shipping is F.O.B. St. Cloud, MN

A further note about shipping: For many (if not most) of our orders, one or more of the standard U.S. Postal Service Flat Rate shipping boxes will work ideally. This is very cost-effective and whenever possible we will use this method in order to save you money. When U.S. Postal Service Flat Rate shipping is not feasible, our alternate shipping method will be UPS Ground.

PAYMENT
Net 30 days. FOB St. Cloud, MN
To establish credit, please provide three trade references, name of bank, account numbers, addresses and phone numbers.
